Water's Edge has two different floor plans for our garden homes each available upstairs or downstairs. All upstairs apartments will have an interior stairway and vaulted ceilings in your living room. Downstairs units will have large storage closets.

The downstairs Esprit Garden is 627 sq. ft. which rents between $880 - $970 per month.
The upstairs Esprit Garden is 668 sq. ft and rents between $900 - 990 per month.
The downstairs Elite Garden is 696 sq. ft which rents between $905 - $995 per month.
The upstairs Elite Garden is 728 sq. ft and rents between $930 - $1,020 per month.
