Our ranch homes are single level units with a one car attached garage. We have two different floor plans to choose from.

The Regency is 1031-1070 sq. ft. which rents between $1,200-$1,290 per month.
The Majestic is 1072 sq. ft. and rents monthly between $1,250-$1,350. The Majestic style ranch also comes as an "upgraded" unit with rent prices starting at $1,450. Please see Two Bedroom Ranch Home Upgraded under the Floorplan Tab for additional details on this style.
